equidi launches new salary benchmark product

On Equal Pay Day - 19 August 2024, we couldn't be prouder to launch equidi's brand-new salary benchmark product (in beta). For years now, equidi has been advocating for fair and equal pay. One of the biggest barriers to this is access for people in organisations to understand pay and the impacts of pay-related decisions on them, and their teams. So, we’re putting that knowledge firmly in your hands.

Since starting equidi, we've had a clear vision to help organisations close the gender pay gap. It’s a bold vision, and one that we've learnt over the past three years is far from being a priority for many organisations across Australia. We know this because we have spoken to thousands of people and organisations over the years and witnessed the lack of genuine commitment to solving the problem.

Our Founder, Natalie Flynn stated "This has created an incredible opportunity for equidi to rethink how to solve for fair and equal pay – and one of the ways is to put pay insights directly into the hands of the people".

In our new product, there is something for everyone. All of this is our gift to you.

The other part of our product empowers leaders, managers, people teams, or recruiters to do a salary analysis and make informed, robust decisions on people’s pay. In this instance, you’ll be able to look at pay for specific roles and see how your team compares to the market. Are you competitively paying? We’ll let you know with the click of a button.

We’ll even show you the gender pay gap and highlight pay equity issues.
